Location:
Staffordshire

Salary:
Negotiable dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial legal issues, including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, and data protection
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, and service agreements
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial transactions and disputes
  • Assessing and managing legal risks for clients
  • Keeping up to date with changes in commercial and regulatory laws and guidelines
  • Mentoring and supervising junior team members

Skills, experience and qualifications:


  • Strong academic background, with a law degree and a qualification to practice law in the UK
  • Experienced working in a similar role.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience working with clients in a variety of sectors is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamoriented approach
