**Job Description: **Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Self-employed Mortgage Adviser in London or the South East to join a well-established Mortgage Broker.

They are offering a self-employed opportunity whereby you would go out and meet with their clients. They have an exceptional portfolio of circa 180 corporate firms and other High Net Worth clientele. You will be meeting clients, discussing their needs overthe phone and organising mortgage workships.

Your commission splits will start out at 39% for any new business and will be 59% for any remortgages or business you bring on yourself.

You also get little bonuses along the way such as conveyancing referrals and so on. Protection will need to be passedon but at an extra 10% per referral.

There is also the option of a £2,000 retainer available for the first few months if that is something that will help you feel reassured about the leap into self-employed work.

Skills and experience required:

2 years' experience as an adviser
