Radley Green is partnering with a fast-growth ecommerce business focussing on sustainability and health to recruit their FP&A Manager.

This role will report into the Finance Director but work closely with the CEO on a daily basis and play a big part in the growing finance team.
This role will pay £70k - £80k plus great benefits and lots of opportunity for progression. This role will play a big part in helping to drive the business forward.


The main responsibilities include:

  • Working with the CEO to provide modelling support on projects and new initiatives
  • Planning, owning and delivering the annual budget process for the business
  • Working closely with Supply Chain, finance and commercial to provide in depth forecasts
  • Own and develop the management accounting processes
  • Own all bank modelling, reporting and forecasting
  • Own and develop the 35 year planning model
  • Experience working in a fast growth business in an FP&A / Commercially focussed finance role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in providing insight through modelling
  • Strong excel and systems skills
  • Experience working in the Retail / DTC / Health and Wellness / Food industry would be beneficial
