Description

The post-holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the Staff Winter Vaccination administrative team and HR OH&W admin support team, ensuring effective coordination of work and the provision of a comprehensive support service in order that work targets are met within the department.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing advice and leadership at an advanced level and for maintaining the quality standards of the administration team for whom direct line responsibility is held.

To manage a small team of staff consisting of 2 WTE staff.

The post-holder has a key role in the planning, implementation, maintenance and review of office systems and procedures relating to an effective and efficient service delivery.
