Osborne Appointments are supporting a large financial client in a search for talented, driven, customer focused individuals to join the team of Customer Service Agents.


We are proud to support a leading payment solution provider looking for Customer Service Agents to join the office based in Coventry, CV3 2SN.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be:

  • the first point of contact for customers' queries
- problem solving
- able to navigate a computerized data entry system


The Customer Service Agent role offers:

  • Salary: £10.34/h (£20163 per annum)

Work pattern:


  • Full time hours a week
