This is a full time, and based at the organisation's headquarters in Dyrham;
SN14 8HZ, working onsite daily. Remote working is not an option.
The Fine Cheese Co. is a renowned wholesaler, retailer, and exporter of Artisan Cheese.

We have been cheese specialists for over thirty years, and from the start we have developed strong relationships with our cheesemakers.

We have an extensive catalogue of traditionally-made cheese, charcuterie, crackers, condiments, chocolates and other fine foods from across the UK and Europe.

Our dedicated team of Account Managers promote these artisan foods to our retail customers and other partners, both on the road and from the office.

To enable the team to hit the road, we require Account Coordinators to support their Account Managers by maintaining and growing our superb customer relationships from the office (and of course, helping with the promotion of our delicious products).

We are a friendly and busy team, therefore a positive attitude and willingness to work hard are essential.

A love for food, especially cheese, is a must._

Role Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for all office based sales support for both internal and external stakeholders. This role will support our dedicated on the road sales team to deliver customer excellence.

This exciting role includes but is not limited to; processing sales orders and enquiries, Inbound calls, credits, new account set up.

In addition to; suggestion of alternatives and new and exciting products.

Pre requisite skill set

Previous experience in sales account administration

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate (excel / word / outlook / database systems
Interest in the food industry
