An ambitious and focused individual is required for this Project Co-ordinator role, excellent prospects are available for the right person

Some of your duties will include:

Assisting in the Administration Department with a wide range of tasks
Liaising extensively with suppliers, overseas offices and the accounts team
Tracking client projects from instigation point through to successful completion
Preparing a wide range of documentation including quotations and cargo listings
Recording details of export allocation number given to cargo being transported
Allocating costs incurred to project and ensuring that client invoices are correct
