Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start

Commission + £££

Salary - Trainee Recruitment Consultant:


YEAR 1:
£25k + OTE = £40k

YEAR 2:
£35k + OTE = £55k

YEAR 3:
£55k + OTE = £100k+
Our client proactively headhunts and build long standing relationships with top performing Tax professionals.

To ensure they do this effectively, our client only partner with a limited client base, therefore enabling their consultants to operate freely andguaranteeing never to headhunt from their own clients.


Key Requirements - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • A degree from a top University
  • A tenacious cando attitude
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Financially driven
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Ambitious
  • Excellent communication skills
