£28.85 p/h


Hours:10am - 6pm

  • Deliver full pieces of a project that are integrated into an overarching project, with mínimal assistance.
  • Plan and execute prioritized project work including selecting appropriate methods to meet creative and production objectives.
  • Take initiative to develop individual goals with support from the manager.

Challenge:


  • Identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined creative and production problems via selection of better methods/tools.
  • Address commonly escalated issues or troubleshoot when required.

Influence:


  • Work within one or more teams to communicate knowledge related to a broad range of tasks related to the craft, domain, or production.
  • Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to crossteam collaboration.
  • Coordinate timelines, goals, style, quality, and objectives for assigned components of projects.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple areas and understand related areas of the organization, including how their process impacts or is dependent on processes and functions of production.

Skills:

Animation Knowledge of areas essential to development (e.g., sequence and shot development, modeling, rigging, texturing, shading, lighting, photo, video).

Audio production Knowledge of audio engines and production pipelines, as well as specialized domains(e.g., sound design, implementation and mixingand casting, dialogue editing, dialogue systems, and voice directionand music direction, editing, and systems).

Creative audio design knowledge Knowledge of sound fundamentals and sound creation techniques (e.g.,effective use of dynamic range, spectral content, mixing, synthesis, layering, sound processing, perspectives).

Creative tools (Art, Animation, Photography Software) Knowledge of standard and emerging softwares/tools (e.g., Maya, mo-cap, cinematic editingsoftware). Development art Knowledge of and specialization in a domain area (e.g., character art, world/environment building, scene composition, shading, lighting, photo, and video.

Environment content production Knowledge of the environment, including navigatingthe production and technical and business constraints and dependencies to produce content for real-time projects within production deadlines.

Equipment and tools Ability to use audio hardware (e.g., preamps, microphones, monitoring systems, mixers).

Knowledgeof digital audio workstation, destructive editors, plugins, sound librarians, and so on (e.g., Avid Pro Tools, Live, Sound Forge, Native Instruments, Sound Miner).

Production experience Ability to collaborate with other content creation directors and professionalsto enhance experience while working within production, technical, and business constraints.

Shipped production Understanding of animation production shipping, navigating production, technical, and business constraints and dependencies to develop animationfor real-time projects within production deadlines.

Traditional animation fundamentals Ability to create emotion and convey movement through timing, weight, and balance. Traditional art fundamentals Knowledge of artistic skills including composition, form,light, shade, color, and detail.
