Our Client a well-known & reputable Prestige HGV Dealer is seeking a Sales Administrator in the Exeter area.

With over 50 years trading experience our client offers a stable working environment with a strong reputation forged into the local community.

Our Client is ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years Sales Admin experience within the motor trade.

Duties of a Sales Administrator with our Client:

Working closely with the sales team on a day-to-day basis
Processing of orders for sales team and maintaining orders including updating the sales team as the order progresses
Registering new vehicles and maintaining associated paperwork trails
Liaising with customers and body builders
Raising of sales invoices and liaising with customers/finance providers to obtain payment
Maintenance of the supplier ledger relating to vehicle sales including making payments to suppliers on a timely basis
Maintenance of profitability reports for each vehicle and calculation of sales team commissions to be processed by payroll team

What our Client expects of their Sales Administrator:

PC, Microsoft and web literate.
Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
Delivers a result and makes things happen.
Delivers excellent customer service.
