We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with leadership and management experience to join us as a Team Leader.


This is an exciting and challenging role co-ordinating a team of employees and student placements alongside providing support and supervision to these individuals.

You will undertake the processing of referrals to the service in line with current practice guidelines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our North Yorkshire Child Therapeutic Service.

This service is designed to help children and young people, aged 4-17yrs address issues that arise from experiencing or witnessing domestic abuse, supporting recovery and building resilience.

We are proudly and actively anti-racist and as such you are expected to drive the agenda forward.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of working with children and supporting families
  • Ability to motivate staff and be a role model
  • Good communication skills and ability to display empathy
  • Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK drivers' licence
