Do you enjoy the experience of a good charity shop? The Salvation Army Batley is recruiting for a
Van Driver/Loader, to work 24 hours over four days to support its charity shops in Batley.


You will be joining a small team of volunteers to collect and deliver furniture and other items from our busy charity shop in Bradford Road, Batley.

Duties will include assisting in collecting, lifting, loading and unloading goods as required as a team member.

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit behaviours that model the Salvation Army's values of integrity, compassion, and respect with the general public, especially when collecting or delivering items.
  • Experience of driving a van and a clean driving licence is needed.
