Due to the company's rapid growth, we are looking for a
Product Compliance Assessor to join a friendly, committed team collecting and verifying compliance documents.


It is meticulous, detailed work because our retailer clients need to be certain of the safety and sustainability of the products they sell.


Responsibilities and duties:

The key duty is to review that all requested documentation has been uploaded to our digital platform for a given product and to assess the quality of the documentation


This involves:

  • Checking that the technical documentation uploaded is relevant to the product.
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure it is meeting set requirements and within given validity periods.
  • Providing feedback where the uploaded documentation has not met the required standards set.
  • Help suppliers with queries regarding the documentation that they are required to provide.
  • Provide assistance with reporting when requested internally.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving and put forward ideas to improve on the service we are providing to our clients.
  • Engage with suppliers to encourage them to provide what is required via our online platform.

The following would be advantageous:


  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in the retail sector.
  • Ability to speak other languages.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,250.00 per year

Experience:

Regulatory Affairs: 1 year (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Brighton
