Are you looking to either establish or build on a successful career in estate agency? Here at Breen Estates Limited (trading as W J Meade) we are currently recruiting for a trainee negotiator/ property inspector based in our long-established Enfield Wash branch.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail, something which has been recognised by AllAgents where we have won gold in their awards for the past 3 years running.

• Booking in and accompanying viewings, coordinating the diary alongside the rest of the team.
• Effectively communicating with both vendors and purchasers.
• Negotiating and tying up offers.
• Keeping sales files up to date with any updates, and communicating these with the team.
• Carrying out valuations.
• Taking property details, ensuring these are of a high standard and accurate.
• Meeting both individual and branch targets set by management.
• Conducting inspections for our portfolio of managed properties
• Identifying any potential maintenance issues and communicating these to the landlord and our property management team.
• Communicating with tenants to book in inspections.

• Knowledge of the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You must hold a UK driving license and have your own car.
