Trainee Recruitment ConsultantCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Addlestone.
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording/analysing results
- Utilising and updating the inhouse CRM system in line with company process
- Providing leads (TSI) and market rates to delivery team.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Prior Telesales/Sales experience
- Ability to communicate within a fastpaced team environment.
- An interest in recruitment
- A drive to succeed
- Desire to progress within a reputable company.
