CMA Recruitment Group is proud to be representing a newly acquired business and support them with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner vacancy.

The Finance Business Partner will be working closely with the Senior Manager & Operational stakeholders, as a key member in providing financial analysis and project accounting support for the real estate and infrastructure division.


What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Provide financial support through meaningful, value add analysis on present and future factors impacting business performance;
  • Support with the review and presentation of monthly business results to the divisional management team including reporting packs to meet month end requirements;
  • Implement and fully embed monthly project reviews;
  • Support and validate monthly forecasts and annual businesses plans;
  • Participate in pricing and scenario planning to ensure bids are properly priced.
  • Minimum AAT qualified, ideally studying towards ACCA/CIMA;
  • Previous project accounting experience;
  • Excellent communication and IT skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen;
  • Experience of using SAP would be advantageous;
