Description
Shandah Limited is look for a Building Surveyor to provide temporary cover working for a local authority.

The placement will start 25/03/2024 and finish on 17/06/2024 initially. The minimum rate will be £30 per hour.

The post holder will have the ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
Social Housing surveying experience (not essential). Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
A good understanding of damp, mould and condensation.
Office based.
Access to pool vehicles


Job Type:
