Purpose-Driven Impact: As our Part-Time Depot Administrator you'll play a pivotal role to provide the Depot with administrative management support, undertaking general office duties, providing an account support and additional tasks to support the operations of the division. We are looking for you to ideally work Monday to Friday 5 hour per day 10:00am-15:00pm.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining sales data, entering new opportunities in CRM and completing invoicing in a timely fashion.
  • Completing costings for responsive works.
  • Being the first contact for customers and visitors to the Depot.
  • Daily supervision and management of the Depot office.
  • Maintaining the attendance sheet, completing return to work forms and collecting medical certificates.
  • Liaising with HR regarding recruitment and new starters.
  • Preparation and process of payroll information and timely submission.
  • Completion of monthly accounting accruals using CRM and MS Excel.
  • General office duties, including answering the telephone is a professional manner and directing calls appropriately.
  • Collation and preparation of all office, works and job paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing.
  • Assisting field teams with ongoing project work.
  • Monitoring and managing depot training matrix.
  • Responsibility for keeping Depot fire log up to date.
  • Deputising for and supporting other members of the team at this location.
  • Providing support to operational staff, for example arranging accommodation, logistics support.
  • Contributing in any way possible to Depot success of to achieve targets and KPI's.
  • Assisting the Depot Manager when/where required.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager/department when/where required.
  • Processing, raising, and auditing purchase orders and progressing sales opportunities as such opportunities arise.
  • Reviewing outstanding monies owed from invoices, liaising with credit control and subsequently. chasing the customers to establish payment.
  • Any other duties for which the postholder is qualified and capable to undertake.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Computer literacy; ability to type at 30 WPM min, MS Excel data entry, query and reporting.
  • Previous experience of a busy, dynamic office environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner; cheerful and helpful disposition.
  • Accounts and Finance experience.
  • Experience of dealing with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor to different groups.
  • An ability to adapt during busy times and ensure consistency of service.
  • Excellent attendance and timekeeping.
  • A high degree of accuracy.
  • A willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned by supervision.
  • The right to work in the UK is essential.
