We're looking for those of you who are self-motivated, excited by a challenge and ready to make an impact in our business.

As part of our Bright Futures Apprenticeship Experience you will join the Financial Services Administrator programme that will drive you to fulfil your potential as one of our Client Services Assistant in our Client Services Team based in Chelmsford.


We'll encourage the development of your financial administration skills through your varied day-to-day role which combines written, face to face and telephone communication with the teams, underwriters, brokers and customers you will support.


Role Requirements

We'll support you to achieve your Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) as well as giving you access to excellent benefits as part of your career development, including:

Responsibilities

In this Apprenticeship, we'll support you to:

  • Process customer renewals and administer policies and premiums
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Maintain workflow systems
  • Process new business
  • Keep updated customer records through accurate data entry
  • Actively contribute to departmental key performance indicators and service levels, following regulatory controls outlined
  • Ensure all Company procedures are followed

If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified insurance professional, then that's a real advantage.


You will need: 5 GCSE's including Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9) plus 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent.
