I am currently recruiting for my client's residential and residential home based in Derbyshire, who are actively looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team and lead from the front The home is registered for a maximum of 58 bedded serviceusers and provides care to those of old age and Dementia.

Home Manager detail's
- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum

  • Fulltime, permanent employment
  • Additional employment bonuses

Experience/ qualifications/ skills:

  • NVQ level 4 or 5 is needed
  • RMA award desirable
  • Experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential home
  • Non nurse qualified

Home Manager duties:

  • Overall running of the care home
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
