Rising to £23,000 with experience on the role
Full training given

Contract and hours:
Full Time: 37.5 hours on Shift Patterns - Monday to Friday , 9-5, 10-6.

Details of the role:
In this customer service based role, you will be:

  • Giving five star customer service to every caller
  • Dealing with a range of general queries through inbound calls
  • Discussing existing account details with customers
  • Updating the CRM systems
  • Ensuring you are providing accurate information
