THE OPPORTUNITY


A Corporate Restructuring Administrator opportunity has arisen within the Manchester office, offering exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency and Advisory projects focused on the Restructuring and Turnaround of distressed businesses.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working on Trading Administrations, large multisite Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's)
  • Trading businesses and supporting Managers and Directors with Accelerated M&A / Sale of businesses
  • Assisting on Management and Strategic Advisory projects

THE PERSON
You will be an ambitious career focused professional currently working within Corporate Insolvency, Accountancy or Financial Services, and be able to meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate or either CPI Qualified or AAT Qualified (or equivalent)
  • A background within either Insolvency, Accountancy or Banking / Lending years)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong client communication skills
