BRAND NEW ROLE - Pensions Administrator.
(Any experience within Financial services will be seriously considered)
Excellent environment working with wonderful people.
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 office based role with free onsite parking or a short walk from Hungerford train station.

My clients are a well-established, well respected and trusted financial services organisation set in the heart of Hungerford.

The role of Pensions & Investments Administrator**All aspects of Pensions & Investments Administrator support to fee earners within the team. The role and IT systems we can teach you, but we can't teach you how to have a dedicated work ethic or an out going personality.
Gather client information from various sources and collate client facing meeting packs
You will be producing to a high standard that look good and are easy to read.
Scanning and printing documents for staff.
Organise outgoing post
Make up new client files & enter data on a CRM package to ensure things get actioned.
Type, edit & format letters, reports, presentations etc.
There is plenty of computer work so good attention to detail is essential
Lots of engagement with customers so I professional telephone manner and confident outgoing personality is essential.
About you
An excellent Pensions & Investments Administrator ( other experience in Financial Services seriously considered)
Highly motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
Fun, outgoing personality
Have a curious and investigative nature when problem solving
Resilient and able to calm and reassure clients
Confident communication skills in writing and orally
IT literate
Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread own work
Ability to follow standard processes
Proactive, collaborative and supportive teamplayer
