£24,500 per year plus bonus
Monday-Friday

Our client is looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor who can confidently support the sales team and their customers with any software related issues or queries they may have.
This role would suit someone from a strong customer service or basic technicalsupport background and good IT skills are required.
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Deliver great customer service and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Cross sell and upsell customers' existing packages, all done on a consultative basis.
- Host Webinars and maintain usage of the products and services across the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM.
- Contribute to the development of training and support materials.
About you;
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrable success in a previous role
- Basic understanding of technical/software support
- Confident presenting to customers via tools such as PowerPoint or online resources.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent ICT skills
- Ability to manage your own diary and workload
- Able to communicate to members of the sales team and support them with any issues.
