£24,500 per year plus bonus

Monday-Friday

Office based


Our client is looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor who can confidently support the sales team and their customers with any software related issues or queries they may have.

This role would suit someone from a strong customer service or basic technicalsupport background and good IT skills are required.


Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Deliver great customer service and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Cross sell and upsell customers' existing packages, all done on a consultative basis.
  • Host Webinars and maintain usage of the products and services across the customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM.
  • Contribute to the development of training and support materials.

About you;

  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrable success in a previous role
  • Basic understanding of technical/software support
  • Confident presenting to customers via tools such as PowerPoint or online resources.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Ability to manage your own diary and workload
  • Able to communicate to members of the sales team and support them with any issues.
