We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly Lubricants team, in our Birchwood head office.

Working as part of our Lubricants Team, our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day.

Through high performance and putting our customers first, Customer Service Advisors have great prospectsfor progression and additional training opportunities.

Are you a Certas Energy Customer Service Advisor? We're looking for:

Minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment or similar
Strong negotiation skills
Confidence in own ability
Ability to handle objections
Ability to work with autonomy
Resilient, persistent and tenacious
Target driven / results orientated
