Your main function will be to complete the installation and commissioning of Fire and Security Systems within our ongoing projects framework; liaise with the Project Manager, Office Admin team and Operations Manager to schedule works and qualify materialspertaining to projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on prestigious sites across London and Surrey to deliver exceptionally high-quality Fire and Security systems for our discerning client base.

You will be able to work alone or as part of a team on projects as diverseas Country Estates to Shopping Boutiques.

• Educated to at least 'O' level / GCSE or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• High quality installer in accordance with all relevant standards
• Autonomous with excellent problemsolving skills takes full ownership for areas under their control
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and databases
• Knowledge of Intruder alarm, Fire detection, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Systems

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's specification and quality requirements of J-Tech
• Explore opportunities to schedule workload in advance to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining 'Simpro' with up to date job notes and customer information as the project progresses
• Updating the project plan and Gantt Charts within Simpro
• Generating handover packs for sites to explain the functionality of the system installed
• Ensure job sheets are completed to company standards
• Creation of 'variations' and correct recording of any variations that occur as works progress
• Production of RAMS for ongoing project works
• Ensuring that all staff and contractors are working within and adhering to our guidelines
• That all works are completed in a safe manner
• Supporting the service department with ad hoc duties from time to time
