Score Draw football shirts are officially licensed and endorsed by over 40 football clubs and national associations accommodating over 600 styles from over five decades - the market leader.

Summary of the Role

Provide administrative support and Stock Control at the Head Office and Distribution centre in South Cambridgeshire. Duties include general clerical assistance including Project based work, Data Entry and managing stock movement within various locations. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage stock using SAGE accounting software.
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: Data Entry, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage order despatching.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Input of sales and purchase orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and skill Requirements

  • Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in Football would be desirable but again not essential.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
