Key Requirements:

The Pay:
We are offering a pay rate of up to £32.82 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Administer medication and treatments as directed
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Maintain confidentiality and comply with nursing standards and procedures
