Description

This is a fixed term contract until September 2023 beginning on a part-time basis and working to full time across 48hours/ week during July & August.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications Officer to join their Marketing and Communications team for Fringe 2023.


Key Duties:

Production of content and copy across our website, Instagram, Facebook, and other owned and paid channels.

Creation pf Blog content for Assembly Festival and affiliate websites.

SEO monitoring and updating.

Coordinating the digital content for the in-house campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing and Campaigns Officer.

Working within the overall marketing budget, helping to agree project budgets, and ensuring that costs are managed and recorded.

Lead the Digital Content and Marketing Coordinator to ensure the digital campaigns are optimised and delivering the campaign objectives.


Requirements:

Graphic Design experience, working with Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with Social Media management, CRM and database management and newsletter creation.

Experience in data and post-campaign analysis and reporting on KPIs.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in all MS Office

Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.


Desirable:

Experience in photo and video editing

Experience withing the creative arts and live performance sector

Understanding of ticketing systems (Red61 preferably)


Salary:
£575/week (pro-rata)


Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (Moving to 6 days in 7 mid-July & August)


Location:

Edinburgh City Centre - a degree of hybrid working is available but must be available in Edinburgh June - August.
