The Role


CIPD has recently launched our new global website on on a new platform, Optimizely, a digital experience platform (DXP).

It's a new world for us and our aim is to enable all the experts within the CIPD from marketing, research, qualifications, alongside the content strategy group, to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.


The Digital Content and Quality Assurance Executive will receive requests from our stakeholders; triage and action the request where appropriate; QA the new content and confirm when the service request has been actioned to the original requestor.

You'll be working closely with our Web Producer to help put together training guides and processes, so our stakeholders feel confident and supported.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitoring all service requests and triaging to the right CIPD team in a timely manner.
  • Providing front line support for content publishing queries on the DXP. Working with the web Producer to be seen as the guru to help troubleshoot and suggest features and enhancements for the content publishing process.
  • Documenting fixes, how the system works and the best way to solve a problem.
  • Working closely with the Web Producer to spot themes where additional QA and support, training guides might be needed.
  • Reporting on our progress.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Ability to produce high quality web content in partnership with business owners and content leads.
  • Experience of publishing content onto a website or app using a Content Management System.
  • Experience of efficient prioritisation within a fastmoving product environment.
  • Professional communication when determining stakeholder needs when their requirements or the issue they are experiencing may not be clear.
  • Synthesising a wide range of written requirements from multiple channels and ensuring the service requester is updated and informed when their service request is picked up and when it has been completed.
  • Concise verbal and written communication enabling the DXP product team to make the right and timely decisions for their stakeholders and customers.
