Job description:


Main accountabilities:


  • Focal point for offshore personnel and assigned vessels on crew change logistics
  • Responsible for arranging the mobilisation/demobilisation of offshore personnel in accordance with the crew management system and vessel crew change lookaheads
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned personnel request forms, where required
  • Liaise with relevant resource planner on any crew queries from the vessel lookahead or crew management system
  • Maintain regular communication with offshore crew on crew change planning, providing regular updates on timings, travel requirements and early notification of any changes
  • Work closely with travel provider to arrange travel in accordance with the company travel policies
  • Liaising with agencies (including OSM) with crew change information
  • Responsible for final training compliance checking of offshore personnel prior to mobilisation
  • Ensure all visa and travel related documentation is in place and valid prior to mobilisation
  • Responsible for daily crew change maintenance in Crew Management System
  • Perform daily timesheeting and payroll checks against vessel POB and daily reports
  • Ensure employer and discipline details on vessel POB are accurate for OP managed crew, highlighting any discrepancies to the vessel and escalating to OP Manager and vessel OMT, if required
  • Participate in the OP on call rotation
  • Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the role
  • Any other departmental tasks as required

  • Good standard of secondary education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred:


  • Customer service training
  • Commercial and financial awareness
