Professional Development & Training is a specialist training consultancy with a team of over 20 industry trained specialists.

We can provide specific packages tailored to suit your business needs,
from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to Senior Management Development programs.

We cover a full spectrum of programs across a wide selection of industry sectors.

They will be flexible, self-motivated and dedicated to apprentice
achievement and quality.


We are looking for someone who can bring not just industry knowledge and experience, but who can impart life skills and teach the apprentices to be effective and invaluable members of their workforce.


Essentials

  • Good time keeper
  • Willing to work as part of a team
  • Hold assessing qualification (or willing to work towards).
  • Experience of training and mentoring apprentices.
  • Be flexible and selfmotivated with a passion for learner achievement and a commitment to quality.

Desired Qualities:


  • Have an understanding of apprenticeship standards.
  • Health and Safety accreditation and Project Management Skills.
  • Willing to travel.
