aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a forward thinking Automotive business to bring you this rare HR Advisor position. You will join a thriving HR team with superb management and a state of the art branch in Wakefield


Job Duties Include:


  • Have the knowledge on all HR policies and procedures
  • Work with other members of the HR team to seek guidance and ensure compliance is met
  • Carry out administration for ER cases as required
  • Manage and administer the incentives and schemes to ensure everything is up to date
  • Implement project plans in line with the Head of HR/Chief CPO requirements
  • Ensure that work aligns with the goals and needs of the company
  • Deliver the highest possible level of advice and guidance to managers and employees

Requirements:


  • A proven track record working within a HR role at Advisory level or above (2+ years)
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualification (Essential)
  • Up to date knowledge of UK Legislation and statutory requirements
  • Ability to influence and build rapport quickly with both future employees and managers
