You will need:


  • A passion for education
  • Patience and understanding
  • No formal educational qualifications necessary however experience working with children is essential.

Job role:


  • This role assists Teachers to create environments where pupils with extra learning needs can make the most of their education
  • Manage challenging behaviours and other SEN needs.
  • Support the teacher to maintain learning and help children access the curriculum.
