- This is a student facing role, as such you must be willing to work from our central London campus. Working from Home may be possible on some days but with prior agreement with line manager._
Job information:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Support and Wellbeing Advisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students and contributing to the overall student experience and wellbeing within LIBF.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role within Higher Education or related field and will possess strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Having a degree in psychology, a related field and/or knowledge of mental health support services are desirable, but not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex student issues, providing guidance and solutions.
- Collaboration with the Student Support and Wellbeing Manager in developing and implementing student initiatives, engagement activities, and enhancement strategies.
- Contributing to the development and documentation of internal processes, procedures, and guidelines related to student support and wellbeing.
- Supervise and mentor the Student Support Team Leader and Support Officers
