Description

East Midland Homes Cooperative are currently looking for an experienced senior multi-skilled Joiner or Carpenter to join our maintenance team working on refurbishments, conversions, extensions, cut roof and repair, kitchen & bathroom fitting as well as carrying out repairs to our properties.

You should be confident in your abilities along with a main trade qualification or time served trade experience.

  • At last, 10 years' experience in Joinery, building and roofing work
Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship

Reactive Maintenance experience


Able to carry out small repairs to other trades such as plumbing, hang doors, tiling and floor repairs and patch plaster repair.

Positive in their approach to work.

Punctual at all times.

An ability to work on own initiative.

Good communicator

Salary:
£13.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
