Remote - United Kingdom

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for remote coordination and project management of multiple projects across Africa and specifically in Nigeria.

You will report to the Regional Vice-President for Africa and be responsible for meeting corporate operational and strategic goals and spending most of your time working with customers and partners.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with and coordinating between delivery teams in the US and Europe with local Nigerian partners
  • Helping schedule enablement boot camps
  • Translating materials and participating in the boot camps
  • Working remotely with universities in Nigeria to stagger implementation and coordinate the first batch, then translating these requirements to Anthology Services
  • Coordinating between teams (internal and external) to ensure a smooth go live on the Learning Management System project
  • Communicating daily on the progress of the project

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Understanding of the African market and context (focus on Nigeria is a plus)
  • Proven track record of project coordination & management in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (another local language from Africa a plus)
  • Experience working in and a good understanding of the education market and the Higher Ed sector in particular
  • Strong listening and communication skills and a style appropriate for the education market
  • Indepth knowledge of the project management methodologies
