An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Enterprise Risk Team as a Risk Policy and Framework Lead based in London or Darlington, hybrid working, on 18 Months FTC.

The role


As our Risk Policy and Framework Lead, you will be responsible for ownership, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Governance Framework ("the Framework"), the Enterprise Risk Policy and related Directives.


The Risk Policy and Framework Lead will play a vital role in leading delivery of key enhancements to our Framework and assist Risk Business Partners by providing SME guidance, training and development support as the different parts of the Enterprise Risk Strategy are delivered over time.

You will work with the Director of Enterprise Risk to define and deliver key elements of the Enterprise Risk Strategy to set the business up with a mature and enhanced approach to proactive and value-add risk management.


The person


We are looking for a credible communicator, someone who is collaborative and adaptable in their approach and is able to build effective relationships with colleagues within and outside their team.

To succeed in this role you will have the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders and comfortably articulate strategy and vision in both technical and non-technical terms.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with focus on continuous improvement will also ensure success in the role.
