Description

Working in a hybrid model (1-2 days in the office), the successful Programme Manager will be accountable for all aspects of delivery, from scoping and planning through to resourcing and execution through to deployment and business change.


Core responsibilities include;

  • Definition/maintenance of the Program Roadmap ensuring scope is well document and understood and aligns to broader programs
  • Development and maintenance of resource plans
  • Effectively managing budget, scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues
  • Reporting effectively on progress to the multiple stakeholders

About you:

years of digital delivery experience, with at least 5 years' Programme Management experience

  • Salesforce experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong budget and financial management capability
  • Selfmotivated with a high level of accountability and the ability to drive successful outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
