Summary of Position

The Custom and Faculty Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the planning, budgeting, organisation and delivery of our portfolio of customised programs at the CIEE London Centre including specific responsibility for high school programmes.

You will work with our Custom Programs team in the US to design and cost bids for new and returning programs.

In liaison with our partners, you will deliver these programs smoothly, efficiently and to budget.

Custom and faculty programmes are offered alongside CIEE London's own taught programs, and you will work with the Director, Operations and Student Life teams to ensure that, from planning to completion, our visiting partners receive high-quality, localised and culturally immersive educational experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• To devise and cost each faculty program according to the specifications requested by our partner institutions. This will include budgeting for trips, meals, transport and housing for all faculty and students involved in the program.
• To work closely and to deadlines to produce accurate budgets for new and returning clients to ensure our successful bid for each program proposed.
• To ensure the provision of highquality secure housing that meets the requirements of each faculty program and to develop and expand your network of contacts amongst accommodation providers.
• To maintain close contact with stakeholders in each programme to ensure all arrangements are in place and deadlines are met.
• To plan and deliver the required cultural, intellectual and social activities as requested for each Faculty program.
• To comply with CIEE Health, Safety & Security procedures and to complete all relevant training.
• To ensure that all participants have access to healthcare providers and emergency care when required.
• To take responsibility for our emergency phone according to our rota.

Up to 500 students study with us at the London study centre all year round and this number is growing as we return to and exceed pre-pandemic student levels.

CIEE London is situated in Russell Square in Bloomsbury. You would join a team of 11 full-time staff and report to the Centre Director.
