We are looking for a new member of staff to join our office Based in Bletchley.

Customer care comes first so being able to work well under pressure whilst adhering to customer service level agreements is essential.

You will be responsible for receiving booking requests from our customers and then calling the customers end users to book in service, maintenance or repair work.

Either for the mobile technicians or in our workshop. You will be responsible for doing this in a timely manner. As we also have the workshop here on site you will also be customer facing.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

Duties will include:

Allocating jobs to mobile engineers logístically.
Booking work into our workshop.
Greeting customers.
Using customer networks such as R2C or 1link plus others (
not essential)
Liaising with customers, leasing companies and parts suppliers to ensure the smooth running of jobs.
Occasional parts ordering.
Proactively maintain a high level of customer care across all bookings
Experienced in handling a high volume of tasks at once
General admin duties such as, scanning, filing, data entry etc

The role is best suited to someone who has previous experience in the motor industry. But is not essential.
