A leading precision manufacturer with multiple UK operations has a new vacancy for a HR Manager to join the team.

An experienced HR professional, you will be an integral member of the senior management team and will be responsible for managing and modernisingthe HR function and contributing to overall business growth.


Commutable from:
Nuneaton,Hinckley,Coventry, Leicester, Tamworth.

Salary:
£45,000 -£55,000 + benefits

Suitable for:
HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Business Manager, HR Director.

The Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of HR strategy and handling HR related issues for the two sites.

Key functions of the role will include employee relations, recruitment, implementing training & development programs, benefits and coaching of leadersrelating to HR.

The position requires occasional travel to the companies other UK site in the southeast.


Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and improve employee engagement across two sites and handle any Employee Relations cases, providing guidance/advice to managers

Lead and develop company culture

Performance Management, including training needs analysis and personal development plans

Keep accurate record of absence and attendance, manage return to work and welfare

Manage employee benefits, dealing with payroll queries

Analyse HR data and identify key trends to prose improvement plans

Partner management team to influence decisions, and manage organisational changes

Manage recruitment processes including writing job descriptions/adverts and contracts

Case handling e.g. grievance, disciplinaries, absence management

Be a credible member of the Leadership Team and play a key role in taking the site forward and improving performance
