Work Base:
Services will be provided at users' homes across all North Lincolnshire, organized in geographical teams with a base in Billet Lane, Scunthorpe.


Location: North Lincolnshire

Salary:
Grade 5 ranging from £15,672 to £17,168 per year with additional payments for weekend shifts
Hours: 25 hours per week

North Lincolnshire Home First Community Support Service, a registered Rehabilitation and Reablement service, offers time-limited intervention and therapies at clients' homes.

Emphasizing person-centered support, the goal is to enable individuals to stay at home, feel confident, and live as independently as possible.

Rehabilitation workers provide support to individuals after accidents or illnesses, aiding in their return to independence by following therapy plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals.


  • The role includes tasks like assisting with moving and handling, personal care, medication administration, and promoting social inclusion and emotional wellbeing.

With a 25-hour per week contract offering a great work-life balance, the role operates on a rotating shift schedule requiring 3 to 4 shifts per week, covering AM shifts from 07:00 to 13:50, and PM shifts from 16:00 to 22:50, with occasional midday shifts. Overtime opportunities, including weekend shifts, are available for those seeking additional hours.

Home First Community Support provides an excellent mileage allowance and compensates travel time between calls. Single-shift workdays are guaranteed, fostering a supportive and efficient environment for employees.
