-20 hours a week (Monday-Friday, ideally 2.5 hours Monday & Friday, 5 hours Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Our business is over 20 years old, growing, and looking to grow more.
Over the last few years we have been building the behind-the-scenes systems and infrastructure for our scaleable business and are now in the process of finishing this 'setup' phase.
To get to the next stage we require you.So, who are you? Are you someone who completes activities to an excellent or outstanding level?

As our Customer Service Manager you will have complete autonomy & control for dealing with all the shitty, little things that annoy our customers but which wehave learnt how to solve.
We are striving to provide the best possible service to each and every one of our clients and now need a specialist with experience of customer service & ticketing systems to take control of this part of our business which is powered by Zoho Desk.
Each request is different so, while frameworks & clear outcomes exist, there are very few processes to follow.You will be used to making improvements to systems and processes as and when required to enhance the customer experiences.
Your management is of our Projects, not people at this stage but that will change as we grow.You will be used to showing initiative to overcome obstacles rather than just grinding to a halt at each and every obstacle.
Most of the day to day is progressing Open Tickets but there is also the merging of unassigned Tickets, moving Tickets between departments and handling all Supplier & Client responses.
You will be talking on the 'phone with suppliers & clients, communicating clearly, succinctly & efficiently.You won't be bored Most importantly you will be helping me achieve my goal of building this world class business by providing exceptional to each and every request from our clients so that I can be free to work on marketing & systems that will make your life simpler.
