Description

On behalf of our client, we have an immediate and exciting opportunity for
Machine Operatives working in a NON- Food factory in the HU17 Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing regular work and intended to lead to permanent


Benefits:

£12.60 per hour

  • Monday to Thursday (Fri Overtime)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Weekly pay

Temp-to-perm:


  • Opportunities to progress
  • On site Parking

The Role:


  • Operating automatic or manual machines
  • Check accuracy of machining; repositions workpiece etc.
  • Change tools and resets machine as necessary during production run.
  • Instructs operators on the safe and correct method of operation of machine.
  • Carry out basic maintenance on various pieces of equipment.

The Person:


  • Previous experience in Machine setting/machine operative
  • Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Able to work Morning and Afternoon shift (6am2pm, 2pm10pm)
  • Have own transport.
  • Hold a valid Counterbalance license (prefered but not essential)
