Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in St Albans who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
The role will involve processing end to end payrolls, producing P45's & P60's, calculating salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions and auto enrolment.
The role can be seen in more detail below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of clients' payrolls that will vary in size and complexity
Processing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls
Starters and leaver calculations
Maternity and paternity pay
Dealing with auto enrolment pension providers and uploading to their portals
Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
Expense payments, sick pay, holiday pay
Dealing with ad hoc client queries
Requirements:
Previous practice experience or payroll bureau
Experience managing a portfolio of clients (Ideally)
Strong communication skills
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Experience of STAR/ Iris Payroll beneficial
