CUBIC FM LTD is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all construction sites are maintained in an efficient and effective manner.This includes managing the work site personnel, supervising the work performed by the personnel, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed at the work site.
The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating with the Project Manager and General Contractor regarding the needs of the project and communicating with clients to ensure that all requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; or two year degree with three years of experience supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience required.
- Must be able to pass a DBS.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to manage time effectively; organize work; and supervise work of others.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop, motivate, and manage a team.
- Previous construction experience preferred.
