As a Field Sales Representative specializing in solar system upgrades, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting environmental sustainability.

Your primary responsibility will be to attend pre-set appointments with customers who have had their solar systems for over 10 years without any upgrades.

You will educate them about the benefits of upgrading their systems with SolarEdge technology and integrating Growatt battery storage solutions.

Additionally, you will raise awareness about our company's inverter recycle scheme, encouraging customers to participate in our environmentally friendly initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend preset appointments with customers to discuss their current solar systems and assess their energy needs.
  • Educate customers about the advantages of upgrading their solar systems with SolarEdge technology, including increased energy efficiency, enhanced performance, and advanced monitoring capabilities.
  • Introduce Growatt battery storage solutions as a means to maximize energy usage, increase selfconsumption, and provide backup power during outages.
  • Promote our company's inverter recycle scheme, highlighting the importance of responsible disposal and recycling of old inverters to minimize environmental impact.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' properties to determine the feasibility of solar system upgrades and battery storage installations.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals outlining the cost savings, return on investment, and environmental benefits of upgrading to SolarEdge systems and integrating Growatt battery storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to solar energy and battery storage.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
