Description
We are seeking a Commercial Officer to work in our busy Team who:

  • Has a customer focused approach
  • Is an excellent communicator
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Can prioritise workloads


The postholder will be responsible for the supervision of an effective commercial refuse and recycling collection service together with providing cover for other services within the team.


Providing excellent service to our customers and liaising with clients, you will actively approach businesses offering commercial opportunities from our Council.


You will be responsible for ensuring the service is delivered in line with relevant legislation, statutory and corporate policies, procedures and targets.

Updating and maintaining records and quality control data is key for service targets and planning.
