Our client are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor whose role will entail leading a team of shift engineers, providing guidance, instruction, direction and motivation to reach departmental goals, on a day-to-day basis.
**Job Role and Responsibilities: The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for ensuring planned work allocated to the team is completed within agreed time frames, to the department's high standards and all work correctly documented.
Is the main point of contact for the site when no manager is present for all site issues, including liaising with contractors.
Attend Daily Morning meetings when Maintenance Manager is not on site.
Team members will report to you directly, therefore you will be responsible for the performance and the standards of the team.
Assist Maintenance Manager in completing daily and weekly reports.
Assist in the transition from paper based to electronic work orders.
To liaise and communicate with suppliers and internal customers and to foster constructive and collaborative working relationship with suppliers and internal departments.

**Specification: To succeed in this role, you will be/have/display:
Computer literate, Excel, Microsoft word, Outlook, CMMS experience.
Methodical and organised and able to work on own initiative.
Flexible approach to the job role, clean, tidy and well presented.
Attentive to the needs of the customer.
Ability to meet deadlines.
